A powerful documentary on the incredible witness of Kandhamal (a district in the state of Odisha), produced and anchored by journalist Anto Akkara has crossed over one lakh views since it was premiered on Palm Sunday.
The hundreds of comments on the ‘Right Hand of God over Kandhamal’ – at the youtube page of Akkara who has become a voice for Kandhamal’s valiant Christians over 15 years – illustrate how the viewers have been amazed and thrilled by the incidents resembling biblical episodes.
The documentary made out of Akkara’s 34 arduous visits to Kandhamal begins by explaining why many are baffled by the amazing developments in Kandhamal – ground zero of the worst persecution in Indian history – with the assailants who tried to banish Christianity from Kandhamal embracing the faith in Christ like St Paul along with hundreds of others.
The documentary lists several stunning incidents that can turn an agnostic to Christ with the manifestation of the Power of the Cross, the Tabernacle, Ten Commandments, Forgiveness and Repentance.
